
Chick-fil-A Team Leader - Back of House
Our Team Leaders serve on our leadership team as a supervisor and coach for Chick-fil-A Homewood’s employees. They will demonstrate ownership for a piece of a community facing business. They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This leader must have strong people management abilities and be organized. They will have proven customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to develop team members to be excellent in this area. As a representative of the Homewood Chick-fil-A they will embody Chick-fil-A values, representing our store owner to guests in the restaurant and to the community outside of it. The Team Leader must have a growth mindset. They will be constantly developing their leadership ability and looking for opportunities to improve our guests experience through exceptional quality and service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Leading their team to deliver a remarkable guest experience during their shifts
Completing purposeful set ups to put the right people in their spots
Monitoring labor and making necessary adjustments
Support other leaders
Execution of huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
Knowing the correct way to handle guest concerns
Proactively checking behind team members
Monitoring the grounds and inside of the building before end of shift
Daily upkeep of quality control
Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
Leaving the restaurant better than how you found it
Coaching the behaviors of all Team Members on their shifts. Those behaviors are:
